RETURN DETAILS & ELIGIBILITY
Most Spooky Costumes items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our order return center to process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of when you receive your item.
At our return center, you will have two return shipping option.
I. Ship with your return label
II. Ship with our return label. You will download and print return label right away. The return shipping cost of $8.95 will be deducted when we process your refund. Returns for exchanges are free. Incorrect item returns are free.
SHIPPING
We process orders within 1-3 business days and do our best to ensure timely delivery. When selecting our free or international shipping options, please remember that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
A tracking status deemed "delivered" by the carrier will be proof of delivery for all orders. HauteFlair.com is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed. You can purchase optional shipping insurance to cover lost or stolen items during checkout.
When placing orders, enter a complete and accurate shipping address. The most common reason for undeliverable shipments is the omittance of an apartment or unit number. Items returned to the sender will be subject to a re-ship fee at the customer's cost.

How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If they are returned, they will not be restocked or refunded.

The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 10 working days after approval.
Restricted Returns for Multiple Same-Brand, Varied-Size Purchases
Spooky Costumes policy prohibits buying three or more items of the same product in different sizes from a single brand with the purpose of trying them on and then returning them. This is because purchasing multiple items like this reduces return options, and the maximum allowed for such returns is three items per order
