Shipping rates for costumes and accessories

Costumes, masks, wigs, makeup, accessories and small decorations ship at these rates:

Shipping rates for oversized items

Large and heavy items, such as animated props, animatronics, inflatables and other large decor, ship by ground in their own boxes. They do not qualify for free shipping.

If your cart has both standard and oversized items, checkout shows one combined shipping price.

Processing time

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times above are counted after processing, and they are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Ordering for Halloween or an event

• Order as early as you can. Processing comes first, then carrier delivery.
• Choose Expedited at checkout if your date is close.
• Check the size chart on the product page before you order. An exchange takes extra time. See our Size Guide.
• Oversized props ship by ground only, so allow more time for them.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to see your orders. For more help, see Track Your Order.

Delivery problems

• Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact us. A "delivered" scan from the carrier counts as proof of delivery. Optional shipping insurance at checkout covers lost or stolen packages.
• Wrong or incomplete address: enter your full address, including any apartment or unit number. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, the re-ship fee is the cost of a new shipping label.
• Damaged item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a refund or a replacement.
