DC Comics Costumes

How to choose DC Comics costumes

Pick the hero or villain first, then decide how complete you want the look to be. This collection mixes full costumes, shirt and cape sets, masks, wigs, boots and small props, so the product page is the place to confirm exactly what comes in the box. Rubie's makes most of the range, with more styles from Disguise and OppoSuits.

Heroes, villains and sidekicks

Batman and Superman have the widest range, from baby and toddler styles to muscle chest costumes for kids and adult costumes. Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Batgirl cover girls and women, with teen and plus size options in the mix. On the villain side you will find Joker costumes, suits and masks, Harley Quinn costumes and wigs, Catwoman, Deathstroke and a Riddler wig. Robin and Shazam round things out for kids. If you only want the Gotham pair, go straight to Joker and Harley Quinn costumes.

Full costume or add-on pieces

Some listings are a complete jumpsuit or dress. Others are a shirt, a shirt with a cape, or a costume kit you wear over your own clothes. If you already have the base outfit, add pieces like Superman boot tops, a Superman belt, a Wonder Woman cape, Wonder Woman boots, Clark Kent glasses or a Superman ring. More capes for any hero are in capes and wings.

Sizes for every age

Kids costumes are listed as Child Small, Medium and Large, and some Disguise styles use age ranges like 4 to 6 or 7 to 8. Toddler styles include 2T to 4T, baby styles include 0 to 9 months and 6 to 12 months, and adult costumes run from X-Small to X-Large. The Joker suits are sold by suit size, such as 40 or 42. Check the size chart on each product page before you order, and call 800-618-6053 if you are unsure.

Adaptive and pet options

A Batman adaptive costume and a Batman wheelchair cover are part of this collection, along with Batman and Wonder Woman pet costumes, so the whole family can join in. For more caped heroes from other universes, browse superhero costumes and Marvel costumes.
