How to choose scarecrow costumes

Scarecrows go two ways: creepy or cute. Most of this collection is scary masks for adults, with a smaller set of friendly scarecrow costumes for kids and babies. Decide which side you are on, then build from there.

Creepy scarecrow masks

Friendly scarecrows for kids

Younger kids can go as the Wizard of Oz scarecrow in boys and toddler sizes, or choose an infant scarecrow costume in 6 to 12 months or the silly scarecrow in 18 to 24 months. Build an adult scarecrow look

For a friendlier adult look, start with the adult scarecrow kit inspired by the Wizard of Oz or the Wizard of Oz scarecrow straw kit, then add the brown scarecrow hat with rope hatband.
