How to choose a Santa suit

Think about how often you will wear the suit. A one-night office party and a full season of visits call for different suits. Check the product page for the size chart and the list of included pieces before you order. Prices start from $40 for a basic suit, and many Santa performers buy a richer suit for repeat events.

Pick a level

• Economy: the Economy Santa Suit is a simple choice for a single party or a quick photo.
• Velveteen and velour: mid-range suits such as the Velveteen Santa Suit and the Complete Velour Santa Suit.
• Velvet and plush: Rich Velvet, Ultra Velvet, Premium Plush, Plush Crimson and Burgundy Velvet suits for performers who want a richer look.
• Top of the line: the Majestic, Victorian, Regal, Crimson Imperial, Super Deluxe and Rental Quality suits.

Check what is included

Some suits are complete sets, like the 10-Piece Complete Santa Suit and the 10-Piece Deluxe Plush Santa Suit. Others include fewer pieces. The product page lists every piece. If a beard, wig, belt or boots are not listed, plan to add them from beards and facial hair and Santa costumes and decorations.

Get the size right

Many men's suits are sized by jacket size, in ranges such as 42 to 48, 50 to 56, 58 to 62 and 64 to 70. Others use Large, XL, 2XL and 3XL. There are plus size styles in velvet, velour, plush and flannel. Kids suits come in child sizes from 4 to 6 up to 14 to 16, and there is a toddler suit for 18 to 24 months.
