Kids Halloween Masks

How to choose kids Halloween masks

Let your child pick the character, then check the mask type and the fit. This collection includes full masks, half masks and a few sets that come with a shirt or costume, so the product page tells you exactly what you are getting. Brands include Disguise, Rubie's, Ghoulish and Fun World.

Superheroes and favorite characters

Power Rangers fans can choose the Pink, Blue or Red Ranger vacuum mask from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Superhero options include Batman, Spider-Man, Bane and a Captain America T-shirt and mask set. Gamers can pick a Halo Master Chief light-up mask or half mask, or a Minecraft zombie half mask. There is also a PJ Masks Gekko mask, a Lego mask and hands set and a Marshmello mask. For a spookier look, there are mummy, undead and mime masks, which pair well with plain dark clothes.

Masks and costume sets

Most items are the mask only. A few are sets, such as the Boy's Muscle Chest Batman costume and the Captain America T-shirt and mask. Where a size is listed, it is Small, so check the product page for the age range and other details before you order. To build a full costume around a mask, see kids Halloween costumes.

Fit, vision and breathing

Have your child try the mask on at home before Halloween. Make sure they can see clearly, including to the sides, and breathe easily. A half mask, like the Master Chief or Minecraft zombie styles, leaves more of the face open, which some kids prefer. On the night, let them push the mask up or take it off between houses and when crossing streets. Follow any use notes on the product page, and check the fit again if your child grows between seasons.
