Cosplay & Anime Costumes

How to choose anime cosplay costumes

Pick the series and character first, then choose between a full costume, an accessory kit or a wig and headband. Most of the Pokémon range comes from Disguise, and the Naruto pieces come from Fun World.

Pokémon for kids and adults

Kids can choose hooded jumpsuit costumes for Sprigatito, Quaxly and Fuecoco in Small 4 to 6, Medium 7 to 8, Large 10 to 12 and XL 14 to 16, a Pikachu costume, a Jigglypuff costume for girls and an Eevee costume for toddlers. Adults can choose a deluxe Charizard costume, a classic Poké Ball costume, an inflatable Poké Ball costume, and Charmander and Squirtle accessory kits. There is an Eevee accessory kit, an Ultra Ball pop out costume in one size and a Great Ball treat pail for trick-or-treating. For more game characters, see video game costumes.

Naruto

Naruto fans can choose a youth Naruto costume or a Naruto costume kit in Medium, Large and X-Large, plus a Leaf headband with hair, a Kakashi headband with hair and a black Hidden Leaf headband. The headbands are an easy way to turn your own clothes into a quick cosplay. Ninja looks from other series are in ninja costumes.

Wigs and uniforms

Hair is often what makes an anime character recognizable. This collection has red, black and blonde spikey anime wigs, a green anime spike wig, a shaggy blonde anime wig and a rainbow twin B wig. For a school uniform look, there is an adult anime academy jacket listed in 42 to 46, and teens can wear the teen anime fighter costume in one size. More wigs in every color are in Halloween wigs.

Sizes and fit

Kids costumes are listed by age ranges, so compare your child's measurements with the size chart rather than going by age alone. The adult Charizard comes in men's Medium 38 to 40 and XL 42 to 46, and accessory kits and wigs are mostly listed without size options. Older kids between kids XL and adult sizes may also like teen Halloween costumes. Call 800-618-6053 if you need help choosing a size.
